After much thought & some discussion with more experienced cyclists, I have decided to hold off on the Tour for Woodside this weekend. It is to be held south of San Francisco, and is designed to raise $$$ for schools in the area.
I have been told that my 75 mile ride on Saturday will be plenty, and that I should probably do an additional 35-50 mile on Sunday while I gear up for the 150 mile tour the following weekend.
I can't believe it's only a week or so away, I'm excited & nervous at the same time.
150. 150. 150.
Yikes.
